Imagine walking through the spectacular and remote northern Flinders Ranges following a camel train and settling in to watch a million stars in night sky.

This unique tour, which has been developed in partnership with Flinders and Beyond Camel Treks, includes 7 days of walking. Carry just a light day pack while the camels transport all of the group’s food, camping equipment, clothing and bedding on this incredible journey. 

The walk departs and returns from Blinman and takes in the springs, gorges, creeks, and of course unrivalled vistas through the ranges. You will walk with two experienced cameleers and a Park Trek guide, enjoy evening meals by campfire, spectacular sunrise breakfasts and lunch on the trail. At night, you will settle into a comfortable swag.

On the last night of tour, you can relax with a well earned beer, pub dinner and comfortable ensuite accommodation at the North Blinman Hotel – a truly outback pub experience.

The Flinders Ranges is brimming with wildlife, so expect to see large flocks of emus, wallabies and a myriad of bird species. You will access remote areas of the region, otherwise inaccessible to hikers.
