We Have Led the Way for Over 25 Years

For nearly 25 years, our guides and team have been leading adventurers safely through some of Australia’s most stunning landscapes.

Our purpose is simple: To provide unique small group walking experiences that seamlessly blend nature, landscape, and wellness.

Careful Walk Design and Execution is Key

However, there is a lot of effort that goes into curating our walking experiences to leave a lasting impression and benefit body, mind and soul. Let’s take a closer look.

1. Careful design for wellness: Our walks are meticulously crafted to help you reconnect with nature and reap the myriad benefits of walking for your physical and mental well-being. With a focus on simplicity and immersion, we encourage guests to disconnect from the busyness of life and embrace tranquillity of time in nature.

2. Commitment to sustainability: We’re not just tour guides; we’re stewards of the environment. For over 12 years, Park Trek has been Advanced Eco-Certified by Ecotourism Australia, and has always adhered to the ethos of “leave no trace” in everything we do. From minimizing our environmental footprint and offsetting our emissions to supporting local communities, sustainability is part of our DNA.

3. Respectful engagement: Our business seeks to work with a learn from the communities where we walk. We are committed to forming meaningful partnerships with indigenous and local communities. In 2023 our reconciliation action plan was endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, and we are proud to live in a country with the longest continuous culture on earth and we seek to learn from indigenous peoples.

Park Trek acknowledges and pays its respects to the Traditional Owners of the lands upon which we wander as a walking company. We recognise the unique place held by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the original custodians of the lands and waterways across our continent, with histories of continuous connection dating back more than 60,000 years. We are proud to live on the planet’s oldest continent with the oldest continuous living culture. We support the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
