Our Kimberley tours have been revamped for 2020 and for the first time we are offering a choice of Kimberley tour styles. You can choose a swag/camping option or an accommodated option. Both tours follow the same brilliant itinerary; it’s simply a choice of accommodation styles – under the stars or between crisp sheets.
The itinerary takes you across the famous Gibb River Road, visiting the region’s big names: the Bungle Bungles, Ellenbrae Station, Tunnel Creek and El Questro. We’ll also visit some out-of-the-way places as well. We set off early on the walk to Bindoola Gorge lookout, birdwatch at Annie Creek and rock hop to quiet Dolerite Gorge.
The Kimberley is studded with incredible waterholes, gorges, escarpments and waterfalls. Exploring it on foot is a highlight – it gets you right out amongst these pristine and remote landscapes. You’ll get a real sense of how vast and wild our country is.
